Clinical Manager
Nina is a Gramercy Park Dermatology treasure...having spent over 30 years working side-by-side with Andrew Franks Sr. and Jr., and now Dr. Linda Franks. Nina was recently promoted to Clinical Manager, taking on all responsibilities related to patient and clinical processes, including medical inventory control. She manages the clinical staff, assuring that all patient experiences are efficient, timely, and pleasurable.
Nina prides herself in going the extra mile with patient care. She is the first to arrive in the morning and the last to leave--oftentimes calling in last-minute physician-directed prescriptions to the pharmacist from her home in order to assure each patient's needs are met as timely as possible. She probably knows each patients' name and background better than our detailed charts. And in addition to adept professional skills, she's a very fun person to know, always cheerful, upbeat, and friendly.
When not in the office, Nina enjoys reading novels of suspense and intrique. You probably won't find a better card player in the tri-state area--especially when playing her variation of Rummy called "May I"--ask her about it during your next visit.
Not to let her children and grandchildren (the lights of her life) get the best of her, on many weekends Nina finds herself dancing with friends and family. Light on her feet. Light hearted...and a light at Gramercy Park Dermatology.
